About the Role 
Clear Media Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with our Lead Graphic Designer and Video Editors to bring engaging, high-quality content to life across our social platforms and client accounts. 

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing content for Clear Media Solutions’ social media platforms 
• Support scheduling and publishing content for both internal and client accounts 
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign ideas and content calendars 
• Work alongside the Graphic Designer and Video Editors to align visuals with brand voice 
• Research social media trends and propose relevant, innovative content ideas 
• Engage in light community management, including monitoring comments and messages 
• Help track basic performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a strong presence who contributes positively to our three-person team environment.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation 
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Basic understanding of content planning and scheduling tools is a plus 
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently 
• Must be based in North Carolina
